Delivery Options

Standard Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 12–15 business days.
Free standard delivery may be available for qualifying orders and will be applied automatically at checkout.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Delivery time begins once your order is accepted and includes a processing period of up to 24 hours on business days before dispatch. Processing times may be extended during promotional sales.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take a few days to become available. You can also track your order through your account.

Taxes and Duties

Product prices may include applicable customs duties. We ship on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis where applicable, meaning relevant import taxes and duties may be included in the product price.

Depending on your location, you may still be responsible for certain import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon delivery. For an estimate of any applicable charges, please consult your local customs office.
